MK Cables & Solar is a manufacturer and supplier of electrical cables, solar panels, inverters, batteries, and complete solar energy solutions, based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

3. Use of Website
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting quotes or communicating with us.

4. Quotations and Orders
- All quotations provided by MK Cables & Solar are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- A quotation does not constitute an offer to sell. A binding contract is formed only after we issue a written confirmation of your order.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, currency rates, or raw material costs.
- Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise.
- Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or proforma invoice.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on order size.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (limited), or other methods mutually agreed.
- All payments are non-refundable except as per our refund policy.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, weather, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch of goods.
- Additional delivery charges may apply based on location and order volume.
7. Installation Services
- Installation services are optional and provided through our authorized technical team.
- A separate service agreement will be signed before commencement of installation.
- Customer must provide safe access and necessary permissions at the installation site.
- We are not liable for any structural or electrical issues at the customer’s premises.
8. Warranty
- All products come with manufacturer’s warranty as specified at the time of sale.
- Warranty is valid only if products are used as per instructions and installed by authorized personnel.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
- Batteries and inverters carry separate warranty terms from their respective manufacturers.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Custom-manufactured cables and made-to-order solar systems are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Standard stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery subject to inspection and approval.
- Returned products must be in original packaging and unused condition.
- Refund (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
- No refunds on shipping or installation charges.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Cables & Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order placed by you.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, images, logos, product specifications, etc.) is the intellectual property of MK Cables & Solar.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
- All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
12. User Conduct

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our relationship with you shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
